WHO IS SHAR?
Before menopause, coaching & MenoM8s, my life was anything but predictable...
I grew up surrounded by music & performance.
Being brought up in an International Showband, becoming a dancer & appearing all over the world. I've managed entertainment teams on holiday centres, a busy box office at Billy Smarts Circus & everything in between!
Live entertainment is in my blood. YES, I'm the one that'll stand outside an arena to get to the barrier of a Take That concert too!
Away from work, I’m a live-music geek, travel addict & a firm believer that life is too short to worry about what anyone thinks of me.
I love the feel of the Carribbean holiday sun, Blackpool trips with the hubby, good company, Pride & a decent bottle of bubbly!
Underneath all the glitter & silliness, my family is everything to me. I don't know where I'd be without their love & support. There's been more than once that I've got on my own nerves - never mind theirs & yet, they don't judge me.
Menopause has tested my relationships, sense of who I am & my confidence to the limit! For a while, I completely lost myself & I struggled on a daily basis to keep life "normal". It has also given me a new purpose: To help women on their menopausal journey, to feel understood, supported & far less alone.
So, in short, that’s the real Shar:
A self confessed, straight-talking, big-hearted, slightly bat-sh*t crazy, honest, reliable friend - that is always ready to stand firmly in your corner.

I have worked with businesses centered around women - from make-up & skincare to wellness & weight loss alongside beauty & bridal makeovers.
Different industries, but the lesson has always been the same; Women need honest support.

I built & trained a very successful team, developed new managers & earned national recognition - Inc; the prestigious Crown Circle & achieving my Company Car.
In later years, I was also invited to support the Head Office DE&I team.

Once I began learning, everything clicked & I realised that millions of women were struggling in silence too.
I trained with Lauren Chiren at Women of a Certain Stage & my personal experience changed & became something much bigger!
I’ve had plenty of “normal” jobs, in the past, but two words changed everything for me, Ann Summers.
It started off being about "finding Me" again but quickly showed me how much I loved supporting women. It was never just about the sales.

Somewhere along the way, so many women have stopped being themselves.
